JAMB IRK SYLLABUS FOR 2018 UTME


The aim of this 2018 JAMB Islamic Religious Studies (IRK) Syllabus for Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), is to prepare the candidates for the Board’s examination. It is designed to test their achievement of the course objectives, which are to:
  1. Master the Qur’an and Sunnah as foundations of Islamic and social life;
  2. Be familiar with Islamic heritage, culture and civilization;
  3. Be acquainted with the tradition of Islamic scholarship and intellectual discourse;
  4. Demonstrate knowledge of Islamic moral, spiritual, political and social values;
  5. Be prepared to face the challenges of life as good practicing Muslims.

Heineken 2018 Career Opportunities Requirements
To apply for this programme, you should at least:
Have a Degree or will be a graduate by September 2018 – preferably a Master’s Degree.
Affinity with Procurement, and a Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics or any a similar field.
Have no more than 2 years of professional work experience in February 2018 (voluntary and internships do not count).
Be at least fluent in English – preferably multilingual.
Have the ambition to have an international career at HEINEKEN together with a genuine interest in other cultures – preferably already lived abroad.
Globally Mobile:
Have a desire to live and work abroad, anywhere in the world, including hardship countries
Preferably already lived outside your home country, and a candidate should have a genuine interest for other countries and cultures

Selection Process
Online Tests – February 2018: If you have the qualifications and the experience that meet our standards, we’ll invite you for the online tests.
Virtual Interview – February 2018: Pass the online test and we’ll ask you to do an virtual interview to see if you fit our profile.
Face-To-Face Interview – March 2018: If you impressed us so far, we’ll ask you to have a face-to-face interview with two company representatives through Skype.
Assessment Centre – April 2018: Pass the Face-to-face interview and we’ll invite you to the home of HEINEKEN, Amsterdam, to attend the assessment centre.

Salary Benefits

Before you start your registration process, it is important you know the steps that are required for a successful registration.
We have provided you here with the necessary steps you need to take for a smooth and successful registration.

Please take time to read through the steps and follow the instructions as given below;

1. Profile Creation



You need to create a profile before starting the registration process. To create profile;

-Send your name [Surname First-Name Middle-Name (if any)] (This should be maximum of 38 characters + 2 spaces between names = 40 characters in all) by text (SMS) to 55019 e.g Tinubu Adamu Odumegwu (Surname and first name are mandatory)

-A Profile Code of 10 characters is received by the candidate on the same telephone number

Note: One Cell (mobile) number can be used by one candidate The Cell phone number used for the text message is automatically tied to the Candidate’s name and will be used in all communications related to his/her 2018 Application/Examination

2. Obtain the JAMB Registration PIN



There are six different method of making payment and procuring the JAMB Registration ePIN.

PAYMENT THROUGH BANKS (Access, ECOBANK, First Bank, FCMB, Fidelity, Jaiz, Skye, Sterling, Union, Unity and Zenith) INCLUDING MICRO FINANCE BANKS (FUD MFB (Dutse) and Regent MFB (Abuja))

-Present Profile Code and pay by cash or card
-ePIN is then delivered to the candidate’s unique telephone number

PAYMENT THROUGH POS

This is available at State Offices of JAMB + CBT Centres, other POS outlets and any CBT Centre that demands it

-Present Profile Code and pay by card
-ePIN is then delivered to the candidate’s unique telephone number

PAYMENT THROUGH MOBILE MONEY OPERATORS

This is available at CBT Centres and Other Outlets

-Present Profile Code and pay by cash
-ePIN is then delivered to the candidate’s unique telephone number

This is available on all ATM outlets of Participating Banks listed in 5C(I) (InterSwitch Channel)

-Select Bill Payment and then pick JAMB
-Enter Profile Code and pay

-Visit JAMB website: jamb.gov.ng
-Click Purchase of 2018 Application Document
-Enter your Profile Code
-Select payment method (InterSwitch or Remita)

PAYMENTS USING USSD (NIBSS/ERCAS)
-Dial *565*6*55019#
-Enter Profile Code
-Select bank and follow the prompts to complete payment

JAMB 2018 Registration Template


After you have obtained your registration PIN, do not be in a hurry to proceed to an Accredited CBT Centre for registration.

Please ensure you first download, print and fill the JAMB 2018 Registration Template. It is important to get this template before going to the CBT Centre for registration to avoid mistakes.

After you have correctly filled the 2018 UTME Registration Form template, you are to proceed to the closest JAMB Accredited CBT centre with your ePIN for registration.



After Registration


Registration is done online and you will be personally attended to at the CBT centre. Each Candidate is to collect his or her e-slip or Registration Print-out. This serves as evidence that you have successfully completed the registration process.

This is to inform candidates who applied for admission into the National Diploma (NATIONAL DIPLOMA 'ND') Full-time programme of The Polytechnic Ibadan (POLYTECHNIC OF IBADAN) that the management of the polytechnic has released the list of candidates admitted into the National Diploma Programme for the 2017/2018 academic session.

The names of admitted candidates have been uploaded online. Candidates are advised to proceed to the school’s portal to check their admission status.
